It is vitally important to make sure that your potential purchaser has been fully qualified in terms their ability to proceed. This could be checking that their mortgage has been agreed in principle, requesting proof of funding from ‘cash buyers’, checking that deposit monies are available or verifying the purchasers chain by speaking to agents or lawyers involved. EPC & Floor Plans
We use selected and qualified Energy Assessors who can conduct the required Energy Performace Certificate for your home. They will also produce professionally drawn floorplans to use within our marketing material. We have carefully selected the right people because we know you will be comfortable with them in your home.
